Dr. Melinda Gerakos, DMD

With over a decade of clinical expertise and a genuine passion for patient care, Dr. Melinda Gerakos brings a thoughtful and skilled approach to every appointment. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Kentucky in 2010, graduating Summa Cum Laude, before completing her dental degree at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, where she graduated 13th in her class.

She further honed her skills through a General Practice Residency at the University of Washington, gaining invaluable experience treating complex cases at Harborview Medical Center – one of the region’s leading trauma and acute care hospitals.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and passion for cosmetic dentistry, she believes dentistry is both a science and an art. Every patient is approached with precision and thoughtfulness – ensuring each person feels heard, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout their experience.

“My goal is to make every patient feel genuinely heard and at ease from the moment they walk in. I believe great dentistry is about more than just beautiful results — it’s about building trust, paying attention to the details, and making sure every person leaves feeling better than when they arrived.”

Outside of the office, she is an avid adventurer. This year she hit the slopes in Switzerland, and when she’s not traveling she can be found hiking, lifting weights, sailing, or spending time with her close friends. She looks forward to meeting you soon!
